Both North and South Koreans are upset at the United States calling North Korea part of the "Axis of Evil." While not denying that the North is an oppressive dictatorship that engages in terrorism and sells weapons to terrorist nations, the southerners tend to see the American charge as reflecting badly on all Koreans.
