  The army moved 7,000 troops into the capital to protect the city from a suspected FARC attack. FARC has been making more and more attacks near the city. This is part of a two week old offensive in response to the US Congress passing a $1.3 billion anti-drug bill for Colombia. FARC considers this an act of war, more or less.
