Russian efforts to raise money to keep space station Mir flying have run into a snag. The film production company that had wanted to lease the station for $20 million for its film "The Last Voyage" could not raise the money to pay for the flight, and their plans to send Russian actor Vladimir Steklov to the station have been shelved. Two Russian cosmonauts will make a 70-day flight to Mir starting on 4 April.--Stephen V Cole
