A growing source of terrorism is from Vietnamese exiles trying to overthrow the communist government in Vietnam. In the past few days, two of these Vietnamese, and a Japanese man, were arrested in the Philippines for trying to bomb the Vietnamese embassy. Similar attempts in Thailand and Britain have been foiled in the past few months.  The organization is called the Free Vietnam Movement and has been operating in Vietnam as well.
