The unrest in Israel has caused an increase in terrorist attacks against Israeli diplomats in Jordan and Westerners in Saudi Arabia. These attacks indicate the presence of groups determined enough to plan and carry out more damaging attacks. Jordan and Saudi Arabia has vowed to crack down, but it is unlikely that they will be able to eliminate the threat in their territory.
