An Algerian, Abdelmajid Dahoumane, wanted for planning a aborted terrorism plot in North America, was arrested in Algeria. The plot was connected with the Osama Bin Laden network. The US and Canada hve offered a $5 million reward for the arrest of Dahoumane, who is being interrogated by Algerian police.
