Some groups of Maoists along the Indian border are raiding into India. The rebels are under pressure, from anxious parents, to stop their practice of kidnapping teenagers and trying to talk the kinds into joining the revolution. As word of  the high death rate, among these young rebels, gets around, the appear of being a young rebel has declined.
