Apparently some Liberians are joining in the Ivory Coast fighting, as French citizens in Ivory Coast report being robbed by English speaking armed Africans. In this part of Africa, English is commonly spoken only in Liberia. But the Liberians may be in Ivory Coast primarily to take advantage of the disorder and to loot.
