North Korea has been again caught running drugs via it's diplomatic service. Since the 1980s, North Korea has run drugs to obtain hard currency. When caught, the North Korean diplomats can only be expelled,  because of diplomatic immunity. The North Koreans have always denied everything, despite their diplomats being caught with the goods.
