North Koreans have been in a snit since September 11th over increased anti-terrorism measures enacted in South Korea. The North says these actions are aimed against the North. The South denies this. But since the North has been caught many times supporting and carrying out terrorist operations, a guilty conscience is perfectly understandable. But the Northerners have finally realized that they were, again, doing themselves no good with this posturing and have resumed working with the South to save the North. A team of Northern engineers recently visited the south to inspect nuclear power plants similar to the ones to be built in the north (in return, the North will stop working on nuclear weapons.)
