The debate over whether Iraq was involved in the attack has continued, with some sources absolutely convinced and speaking in editorials as if it were a proven fact. It is known that the Fedayeen Saddam have been trained for attacks of the 11 Sept type, and that Iraq can produce the type of "weapons grade anthrax" seen in some attacks. Confirmation is a long way away, and some in the White House are concerned that to go after Saddam, with or without proof, after finishing with Osama bin Laden and the Taliban might cause more problems with Arab allies.--Stephen V Cole
