Libya is selling its 49 Mirage 5 jet fighters to Pakistan. However, the Libyan aircraft are going to be used mainly as a source of spare parts. The Libyan Mirage jets have been little used in the last ten years because of an arms embargo (for supporting terrorism) against Libya cut off the supply of spare parts for the aircraft. Pakistan already operates over 120 Mirage jets.
