Shelling and gun fire across the Line of Control continues, leaving at least three civilians dead on the Pakistani side.  Indian security troops shot and killed a Kashmiri rebel leader (Manzoor Ahmed Ganai) after receiving a tip. Ganai had a $4,160 reward offered, for information leading to his capture.
