In southwestern Pakistan (Baluchistan), a rocket hit an army base, causing some damage. The separatist Baluchistan Liberation Army has taken credit for similar attacks earlier in the year. In Kashmir, a car bomb went off outside Indian army headquarters, killing at least ten and wounding many more, In Pakistan, four bomb attacks in different parts of the country left 37 wounded.
