Two MDJT leaders were killed when by a land mine in northern Chad. There have been other land mine casualties recently. The rebels blame the government for laying the mines, but the government says they are rebel mines. The MDJT and the government have been at peace since the beginning of the year, but northern Chad is still swarming with armed rebels and troops.
