 A new rebel group has shown up in the east. The Popular Convention of  Resistance (CPR), and its combat component, the Popular Forces of 
Resistance (FPR), announced they have been fighting government troops and have killed nine. The government denies that there has been any fighting, or that the CPR actually exists
