American Special Forces teams continue to train local troops throughout Central Asia. But the corrupt governments these troops serve makes the Special Forces troops uneasy, as there is usually some media backlash down the road. Thus the Special Forces commanders continue to warn the State Department that the corrupt local governments need to be reformed before the entire region erupts in rebellion.
