Russia has offered to provide a new radar-absorbent coating for the 125 Indian Air Force MiG-21s which are being upgraded under a recent contract. In recent demonstrations, a MiG-21 with this coating was detected by radar at half of the range that a MiG-21 without it was detected.--Stephen V Cole
