PAPEETE, Tahiti (May 30, 2009) The guided-missile destroyer USS Preble (DDG 88) is moored pier side in Papeete, Tahiti. Preble, part of the John C. Stennis Carrier Strike Group, is in Tahiti for a scheduled port visit during a six-month deployment to the western Pacific Ocean.
