A harbor tug assists the amphibious transport dock ship USS Green Bay as it enters Elliot Bay to the Port of Seattle to participate in the 61st annual Seattle Seafair. Seafair activities allow U.S. and Canadian sailors and Coast Guard personnel to experience the local community and to promote awareness of the maritime forces.
