: The Indiana National Guard will begin offering college scholarships to people who enlist in the National Guard under a new $1.8 million program. Men and women from Indiana had been enlisting in National Guard units in Ohio, Illinois, and Kentucky, which offer such benefits.--Stephen V Cole
