The US Army wants to buy cheap Unmanned Aerial Vehicles to use as expendable targets for its anti-aircraft crews. The Army expects the small spy drones to proliferate and wants to be prepared to shoot them down. The target drone is expected to be 4m long with a 5m wingspan.--Stephen V Cole
