The SA-3 Goa, S-125 Neva/Pechora Soviet nomenclature, has been in use as a surface-to-air defense since the early 1960's. An SA-3 shot down a USAF F-16 during the First Gulf War. The SA-3 has been deployed by Syrian forces and was responsible for shooting down a USAF Predator drone. 30+ countries, as of 2017, continue to use versions of the SA-3 as an air defense weapon.
