NEW YORK (May 26, 2011) An MH-60S Sea Hawk helicopter assigned to the Sea Knights of Helicopter Sea Combat Squadron (HSC) 22 takes off in front of a crowd in Freeport, N.Y., after an explosive ordnance disposal and air demonstration during Fleet Week New York 2011. Fleet Week has been New York City's celebration of the sea services since 1984. It is an opportunity for citizens of New York and the surrounding tri-state area to meet Sailors, Marines, and Coast Guardsmen, as well as see first-hand, the capabilities of today's maritime services.
