Gents (and any Ladies that we do not know are lurking here). I've got a lot to do over the next couple of months and won't be able to post here for a while. Good bye for now and I hope the regulars are here when I return. Cheers, AG.

If you want to discuss the merits or otherwise of Australia having an unmarried and childless female Prime Minister then may  politely ask you to start a thread on it, rather than discussing it on this one which has nothing whatsoever to do with the topic.

Wait, let me check what this thread is all about........

Mmmm... It was started by someone to inform all others reading this board that he's gonna be busy for the next few months. I don't know who really cares about the thread starter for being busy. I've been busy every now and then, but I don't gratify my unimportance by posting things about me.

Anyhow, attacking Gillard is way funnier. Here is some thoughts about the coup from Chinese circles in Australia:

The last one interviewed said it all: "I don't agree with her back stabbing way."

having met Rudd, I can quite happily point to my repeated claims on various forums that I found him to be an odious creature.

I would be less worried about Gillard and more worried about Swan being a brutus.  again, I have also repeatedly stated from my experiences of 4-5 years ago that Swan is a lightweight.

Gillard should watch Swan, as he is a selective whiteant.  The man was happy to nail his boss when it suited to save his super and his cabinet status.

Re Gillard though, whats even more pointed is that she's kept Swan out of it and he's had minimal input into fixing the RSPT debacle that he and Kev and the young guns created.

Actually my post has less to do with my own importance or lack thereof than it is to do with the fact that there are a number of people who frequent the Aussie board who I quite like and who I naturally want to say a friendly cya to given that I'm not going to be around that much for a while. However, if you want to continue being ignorant then go ahead, it only reflects badly on you.

Correct me but the MRRT still looks very bad on paper. Compare to Tony Abbott, who is still largely lost in the outback, she already made Labour more electable to form the next government than the Coalition. As long as Labour is in power, I will have good political drama in the future. Eventually Karma will catch up and deliver in unexpected ways.
