American controller on the ground directs an F-16 to put a smart bomb on agroup of armed and hostile Iraqis in Fallujah. The Iraqis are apparently unaware
that they are being observed from either the ground or the air. The F-16s
typically operate at about 10,000 feet (two miles up) for these
operations.
