Washington: The US has refrained from commenting on the decision by India and China to step up civilian nuclear cooperation during Chinese President Hu Jintao's visit to New Delhi.
"I haven't heard a thing about it. I can't even talk about it," Under Secretary of State for Political Affairs Nicholas Burns said, when asked about the decision, on the sidelines of a Sri Lanka Donor's Conference meeting here on Tuesday.
At the State Department, the Spokesman was literally confined to just three topics in the course of his daily briefing - Lebanon, Israel and North Korea.
