It's been years since the ole SSI and Avalon Hill companies were around. The last really good WG was the Steel Panthers Series, which there have been some update of. What do you think is the future of wargames and will we ever have SSI quality products available again.

Not sure what you mean by "SSI quality products" however, games today are interactive and subscriber driven. Log on the Aces High and you'll see what I mean.

Man do I miss further development of the Panzer General line of operational level war games. However, if you like WWII strategy games then Hearts of Iron is probably the best one I have seen since Avalon Hill's "Third Reich". You can see I go back a couple days on war games :-).
