I am really intrigued by how american troops are trained.
I am not here to say the candian way is the best (far from it)
What is to be done with a society that allowa the enemy too be adapatable and creative and us to be useless and strict.
if the wars of the future are to be small SOF fairs then we must begin to adopt that way.
look at the pics of the british, australian (and if you can find it) the germans, the americans and even the kiwis.
This is the face of future war.
The reg force are to be the security for the people that do the fighting.
We must not allow this to happen.
We must bring our professionalism up to a standard that allows us to work in that kind of theatre.
As we get slack then the enemy will see it and attack accordingly.
Realize what weakness we have and yell it out to the world.
Once we know we have suffered adn can work in any enviorment we can win anywhere.

Might also help if you spend a nite in an igloo.
course thats a candaian idea.
