Subject: Missle Defense System
Dan Masterson     1/11/2001 5:16:35 PM
In his confirmation hearing Donald Rumsfeld, Secertary of Defense designate, state that he feels that the US needs a missle defense system. Do we really need such a system? Is it more "Sci-Fi" than "Sci-Fact"? Is this just another industrial defense complex boondoogle, or does our nations future depend on it? Is the alternative of not building it to scary to contemplate? With rogue nations aquiring ballastic missles do we have any other choices? Let us know what you think.
