Subject: NASA goes kooky (or not....)
lightningtest    7/3/2006 12:40:25 PM
following extracted from a report prepared for NASA and published in 2005;

"As part of this research and at the invitation of NASA Langley Research Center, MSE investigated advanced energetics topics of a more long-term nature. Selected electric concepts such as a deeper understanding of the components of the "electric field," longitudinal electric waves, and scalar waves as well as other advanced physics concepts that are replicable (but not widely known) were examined. Some of these could potentially be developed into advanced power and propulsion technologies or even help access zero point energy, which has a basis firmly established in theoretical physics and a calculated energy density many orders of magnitude greater than currently used sources of energy."

Up till now scalar waves have been considered seriously "out there" by my workmates. Is the ice breaking...is the black curtain being moved aside?

Its not an easy read but here it is anyway;

The weapons applications of this tech might make an interesting discussion....

Whilst the first part of the document covers advanced aircraft propulsion systems which may see the light of day when the hydrogen ecconomy takes off it is the bit after page 45 I'm trying to direct your attention too.

There was a lot of concern about this back in the late 1980s/early 1990s amoung the crowd on the late nite talk radio and internet. Some thought the NASA engineeers did not know the danger of of creating a catastrophic 'energy event' and quite possibly destroying the earth, or at least civilization. Take your pick on who is nuts in this case.

lightningtest    RE: Ok it is only a contractor report   7/5/2006 10:04:08 AM
NASA/CR-2005-213749 CONTRACTOR REPORT. Scientific and technical findings by NASA-sponsored contractors and grantees. The content of this report is different from the content of radio shows and some of the internet sites in that the authors assemble the evidence togther to justify a simple statement - that energy has been extracted from the stucture of the universe by human technolgy which everbody can assemble should they put their mind to it. The application of scalar wave tech to communicating with subs and frying "well shielded electronics" was where I really wanted to start. I look forward to learning from the various techniques which will be used to deflect the discussion - if it isn't simply ignored.
