He's got more ways to waffle than I-Hop or "awful waffle". he'd say whatever the crowd he was speaking to wanted to hear. and as far as doing anything? nahhh... E.

Kerry will do exactly what Clinton did. He will ignore and underfund the intelligence community, send the FBI to investigate terrorist attacks AFTER they happen, and build inexplicable concrete barriers around the White House.
