Subject: Red Alert?
ChrisWI    5/12/2003 3:50:03 PM
Three terrorist attacks all linked to OBL linked groups in one week, is this a sign of something to come? I think so, I mean 49 dead, 110 wnd in Cheychna, 42 dead in Philipines and now multipe deaths in Saudi truck bombing, I can recall 3 attacks a week in Israel, but never 3 a week in 3 different places. I think a attack on US soil may occur soon. Chris

This has been known to happen, and perhaps these attack were a trigger for American sleeper cells. Al-Qaeada hasen't gone down yet, nor will it soon. And be sure, they won't go down without a tough fight.

I think this is all a cover for a lager attack inside the US, and its scary as nobody knows when or where it could happen

Stay sharp. Be ready to drop all personal priorities to volunteer help where ever help is needed.

The next 2 or 3 weeks will be a MAJOR period in the War on Terror. Al-Qaeda has 'Announced' that they plan a Major Terror Offensive. US, British, European and other anti-terror forces are on high alert. If a major attack occurs on US soil that is a Major victory for al-Qaeda. If a major attack occurs in another NATO country or Japan then the war continues without a dramatic change. If there is no major attack in the west that is a Major victory for the coalition (proving to the world that al-Qaeda HAS been attritted and disorganized.)

Even is "The Base" (English trans. of the word al Qaeada) is in dissarray, or even destroyed, there are still the other major terror organizations, some of which (especially HAMAS) has tens of thousands of supporters willing to fight, although official numbers indicated only a thousand or more. Groups like HizbAllah and HAMAS seem to be able to continue operations even after high-ranking leaders are arrested or killed and have all professed extensive anti-American beliefs. HizbAllah receives massive support from Syria and Iran and was responsible for the deaths of hundreds of American marines in Lebanon and Saudi Arabia. al Qaeda is merely the first step in this staircase. And then comes the question, will al Qaeda, HAMAS or HizbAllah link together? Such a "super network" would pose a much greater danger than these groups pose individually. The link below is an article regarding relations between al Qaeda and HizbAllah in the past. http://www.ict.org.il/articles/articledet.cfm?articleid=425

I read in my local nwspaper "newsday" that senior Al Aaeda leaders are now in Tehran, Iran and that the order for some of the atatcks came from there as well, yet more proof that Iran supports/sponsers/quarters terrorists. Chris

Iran has sponsored terrorism since the founding of the Islamic Republic, and hasen't made much of an effort to hide it. Al Qaeda and other groups all held conferences in Tehran several times to coordinate and plan terror attacks. If Ussamah bin Ladin is anywhere, my guess is that he resides in Tehran, under protection of Ayat'allah Khameini and the Revolutionary Council.
