Shame Once upon a time RN named their capital ships things like Dreadnought or Warspite, now, QE, or POW, how the mighty have fallen. Not that the US has gotten much better, they went from Enterprise and Constitution to Regan and Bush.... Crap like this, must have been very prevalent around the end of the Roman Republic.

The Prince of Wales name has been given to previous Capital Ships (King George V, and Formidable class battleships along with a 1st rate ship of the line (equivalent of a super dreadnaught at the time), the QE was the name of a battleship (and class of battleship) that was considered superior to their opposite numbers when launched in 1914. So although not the most aggressive names, they certainly have a good history
