Subject: Senate Refuses to Strip EPA of Power to Tax
PlatypusMaximus    6/13/2010 9:06:38 AM
The Senate voted this week to allow the EPA to tax an imaginary commodity, traded in a fabricated market, based upon the EPA's authority to tax and regulate carbon... granted to it by a Supreme Court whose authority to grant legislative powers to the EPA stems from their power to interpret the Constitution...a document we wrote that apparently created the SC and then granted them the authority interpret that document according to their whims. (all 41 Republicans and 6 very vulnerable Democrats voted against murdering freedom) Article ONE "All legislative Powers herein granted shall be vested in a Congress of the United States, which shall consist of a Senate and House of Representatives."
