I personally view Americans as having very good character based on those I have met. As a whole I would imagine that they have the same mix of good and bad as anyone else. It is such a shame that positions of power do not usually attract those of good character.

It is my belief that Canadians and Americans are far more alike than they are different. We share virtually identical cultures and based on our proximity and history we share many of the same problems and luxuries. I would bet if you put 10 people in a room from each country and asked someone from another part of the world to Identify the members from each country they would be hard pressed to do so,barring regional accents. As Homer Simpson so adequately phrased it is America and America junior.

I'm a lumberjack and I'm OK, I sleep all night and I work all day... What a silly question.

Actually a lot of canadians in toronto dislike america now, especially the muslims. If you read the toronto star and read articles not only by muslim coloumnists you will see the resentment that they have towards the United States. But I like the american character its the same as canadian, except canadians are pussy's and strong.
