Your story is a lot of hot air. The end result is that Ukrainian engines are on the ships and the destroyers have been completed. Your article has a very long and bad explanation of nothing. The Ukrainians have not read the history well where even during WW1 and WW2 the opponents continued to trade. Even if the Ukrainians have moved away from the Russians, the civil trade should have continued. That should have been the norm. But it was not. The fools in Kiev, took too much of US advice and stopped trade during the war.
