develop better understanding of different issues.

and appreciate you cooperation to make it closer to the objectives of
Peace Media and free flow of information across frontiers.
The Peace Media e-magazine is founded with a strong belief to educate
people on conflict resolution through innovative research,
dissemination of information and negotiable agreement. Some of the
main focus of the center has been on disarmament, conflict resolution,
nonviolent sanctions, conflicts and crises. The Peace Media e-magazine
firmly believes that the role of the media is to raise voice against
injustice and fight violence.
The Peace Media e-magazine strengthens journalism in areas of
conflict. Its activities include training and dialogue, various
activities to provide information to media professionals, and
research. By training journalist reporters, facilitating dialogue and
providing reliable information, it supports peace, democracy and
development in societies undergoing crisis and change.
We think journalism as a way to contribute for enhancing and
trengthening the peace process in the country. Journalism is very
independent and infinite area of working. Personal talent, tactfulness
and behavior are the major elements on which one can expose own
performance in this area. So, we cannot say that there is such mixed
methodology which will be followed by the journalists to investigate
the problem and prepare research articles or feature articles on peace
and conflict resolution.
In future, annually, The Peace Media e-magazine will brings together
leading practitioners, academics, and government officials on emerging
media and peace building issues. We calls upon Media to be fair,
accurate and must present all points of view.
You are invited to send your article, criticism, suggestion, or
report. All contributions should preferably be sent in Microsoft Word
format. The article/paper must be approximately 5000 words. All
articles must be original and previously unpublished.
