When the Americans won the Soviets in 1990s, they focussed making money out of Russia rather than providing Leadership to the World. In the same way Nepal was left to be exploited by the Indians. Nepals rulers depend on Indians to make decisions on every fishwife issues. If the Indians cannot arrest a dacoit in the forests of Karnataka, how can they provide leadership to south asia? The exploited of Nepalese peoples by the ruling elites of both countries let to this tragic situation.
