the only reason N. Korea has been challanging the U.S is to see how far we would allow them to do the stuff that they do before we decide to go in and kick Kim Jong Il's ass. No other country compares to the military capabilities of the U.S. N. Korea has the largest man army in the world but they don't have the technology to connect the forces together. An important fact to point out is that their military is highly trained to defend their country. Besides South Korea, they can't ivade any others in the sense that they don't have any large scale battle ships, planes or transports to move such a large army.
