U.S. Secretary of State Colin Powell has met with North Korean Foreign Minister, Paek Nam-sun briefly at Asia's biggest security meeting, the ASEAN Regional Forum held in Brunei. The two spoke informally for about 15 minutes, and agreed to hold more talks in the future, and discuss topics including tensions between North and South Korea, arms issues, and North Korea's nuclear program. Wednesday's meeting was the first in two years between the foreign ministers of the U.S and North Korea, and the highest-level contact since the Bush administration took office.

What I wouldn't give to hear what was said at that meeting!
