I'm not willing to spend money to save starving people when the money doesn't go toward saving starving people. Maybe they'd quit starving to death if the leaders of the various groups started letting people get back to farming and growing food instead of fighting over who is going to lead a country of starving people then try to get rich stealing international assistance..
