I wonder why doesnt Pakistan tap into its resources more deligently.  Copper is vital to a thriving computer based industry amongst other things and since these were discovered in 1990 shouldnt it pick up the pace?.  What other resources does pakistan have that can help it improve its economy and diversify?

its cool bro... we have very high expectations for Pakistan and all these expectations will be realized in due time.  Key point is to remain patient and encourage investment and diversification in Pakistan.
