London most expensive, dirty city in Europe: survey Wed Mar 12, 12:21 PM ET LONDON (AFP) - London is the dirtiest and most expensive city in Europe, while Brussels is the most boring, according to a British survey published on Wednesday. ADVERTISEMENT London edged out Paris for the unwanted accolade of dirtiest city in the survey of more than 1,100 travellers carried out by TripAdvisor. Respondents said Paris was the most unfriendly, followed by London and Moscow, but the French capital is still working its old magic as it was voted the most romantic destination in Europe and the best for shopping and dining. London won out for having the best nightlife and public parks. The cleanest city is Zurich, the survey said, although the tidy Swiss city also finished equal second behind EU hub Brussels as the most boring place. Prague was elected the best bargain city, followed by Budapest and Lisbon. Despite the weak dollar, half of the Americans surveyed said they planned to visit Europe this year, the same number as last year. what does concern me is your fixation with me having been mugged... it confuses me, however, if that's what rocks your boat, fine by me. I suggest you try wandering home in the streets of england's cities at rather odd hours in the morning and see if you don't make it safe every time. and you seem to misunderstand the concept of mugging [after i so heavily stressed this to yourself and some other person], they creep up behind you and knock you out [be it with bottle/pipe/whatever] please explain to be how being well versed in the ways of self defense is of use when you are unconcious on the ground?

...and slapper refers to a prostitute, not someone that you willingly allow to slap you.

Herald i am still waiting for your English translation of that Latin which i cut and paste. And i can recite every verse of Revelations backwards or forwards in English. Now since i have a job i dont have the time to write down every verse in Latin at 7:00 AM!. Again, instead of talking smack about others, and hiding behind a computer screen, get some real balls and i will recite all of Revelations in English and Latin to your krusty clown face!

I was in Ireland in 1970. I really liked it there. Since then, I have visited the Continent three times.

Although my ancestry is English, I have no use for them at all and I never want to visit Britain. I have met enough English outside of the UK.

Herald i am actually trying to help you,not insult you.

And Herald if i did not really think you were worth helping i would not bother at all.

Now here is just something about me and why i am confident about my view of life and death.

I was never one to believe in God or Ghosts most of my life till about 15 years ago.

But then my mother commited suicide and all that has changed. My father,brothers,and my sister all know that we saw my mother,and all at the same time!. Now my dad was never one to buy into ghosts, but ask him today if he believes.

And as for George Carlin? Well funny that i saw him a few years back at the State Theater, and asked him the same 6 questions i asked you while getting an autograph,now what did i get from George? Escorted out of the theater, and 0 for an answer!. And what did George get from me? $50 plus tax!

And as for insulting my intelligence? Well you do know that i actually held a Top Secret clearance since i had to handle Naval Communications. And i suppose having to type 60 encoded words a minute is something the village idiot can do?

Now why could i care less anymore about such petty things as having a secret clearance or typing? Because i now have the wisdom to know what really will matter in the end!.
