Subject: Petition government to set defence spending to 3% of GDP
perfectgeneral    11/22/2007 9:08:23 AM
http://petitions.pm.gov.uk/DefenceAt3pcGDP/ ht**tp://petitions.pm.gov.uk/DefenceAt3pcGDP/ I don't suppose the link will work, but please sign this petition. It is the only one I have seen that doesn't allow the government to gloss over their half measures.

Bob makes it sound harder than it is. Fill in you name email and address, click on the confirming email and the job is done. So far I have 88 signatures. I need 200 to ensure a reply from number ten on this petition.

I signed it when you first posted the thread.  To be honest though, until I hear of any of these petitions actually gaining a positive result, it is somewhat hollow democracy.
