Panther    5/17/2007 9:24:27 AM Any thoughts on this from the british posters?

I think that they should say he isn't going, but then let him go in secret. Oh dear I've let the cat out of the bag, now haven't I?

it must be a terribly bitter pill for him to swallow watching his men go off to iraq without him.  should any of them get hurt it would be even worse as he'd wonder forever if his being there would have changed things somehow.

Is this another Baldrick's cunning plan?

The Prince is in a lose-lose situation.

I'm not British and he ain't my Prince but it seems to me that you should take advantage of the situation.  Take  the presently spare MARSOC unit call it ANGLICO (perhaps season with extra Radio Recon) attach it to Harry's unit, thicken Harry's boys out with some of your own special people (SAS whatever).  Stick Harry and his boys out some where with obvious avenues of approach and see if anyone is dumb enough to take the bait.  Might be cost effective in getting bad guys, and they would be bad guys if thier going out of there way to get little Harry.  If the opposition is looking for a propaganda victory maybe we can pull a reverse on them.  If nothing happens after 6 months pull Harry and the boys out, reassign all ancilliary units as appropriate.
Might want to put some surprises on the vehicles Harry and his boys would be driving around in (miniguns, nitrous kits, armor, suspension, etc...).
Just a thought:)

Harry & William should have gone down the traditional route, and served in the Navy,  there'd be a smaller chance of him or his brother getting captured, or killed serving in the ME in the Navy, than with the Army or RAF.

No no.... he should have joined the RAF.

That way he gets to sleep in the palace every night.

If the Brists were more aggressive they would send him him and everyone out at night saying "I am Prince, Henry come and get me" because we know when the insurgents fight in the open they get cut down fast
