Subject: Business Trip

2 weeks ago I had to go on a business trip to Pittsburgh. On the drive back to Virginia I managed to hit FT Pitt, Bushy Run, Ft Ligonier, Ft Neccessity and Jumonville Glen. Really a tremendous trip. Jumonville Glen was great since it was still closed for the winter. Got permission from the ranger to enter anyway. I highly recommend thsi to anyone with an interest on this subject. The new visitor center at FT Neccessity is 1st class.

I toured Ft Ligonier a couple years ago. A cute museum with a great book store.

It was closed when I was there but i was able to look around the grounds. They purchsed several neighboring houses and raised them. They are in the process of building more huts, etc. and restoring area to its original look.
