unfort it also requires govt to stand up and step forward on innovation. both sides of govt in australia have copped out of the playing field and only provide lip service to what are some real opportunities.
(german and danish tax examples on renewable energy , spanish biomass developments etc....)
the current govt are even more indolent than the prev - thats despite telling everyone in the REGA community that they were intent on making change. at least the prev crew were openly hostile in meetings so you knew where they were coming from (hence the exit overseas of australian wind turbine, solar and geothermal tech)
