Subject: Invading Iraq: WMD or profit?

The invasion of Iraq was built upon the threat of WMD or weapons of mass destruction. Did the country actually have these weapons or was it just a ploy to go to war for one reason or another?

Apparently everyone's intell was way off, Iraq's WMD program was pretty much a skeleton, not real substance to it. But profit? That is not possible. Not with the amount of money being invested into Iraq.

A valid argument. But what about in the long run? Of course, no profit is feasable in the near future. There is an enormous amount of money being invested at the moment. But again, long run profits are inevitible.
