Last month (August 2017) an attack has been launched at military base at Paramacay in northern part of Venezuela. It was attacked by army members who rebelled against government. Allegedly, large amount of firearms have been taken away. It is not in nature of the guns and their owners to let it collect dust for a long time. There will be an insurgency in Venezuela real soon. Can we expect Russian troops down there to assist Maduro in the future ? Or it will be Cubans ?
